The development achieves a highly visible, distinctive Silhouette. In contrast to the usual type of a 'palace hotel', in breaking down the volume into 5 separate towers on a plinth, a type of 'residential hotel', not without a touch of 'grandeur', has been developed. The base of the building accommodates all common areas of the hotel: lobby/reception, a restaurant with bar lounge, dining room, meeting venues and a spa/gymnasium area. The residential towers are placed on this podium as a cluster of individual houses. The scale of the ensemble, despite its considerable dimension, remains differentiated.
Contour and placement reflect optimized conditions of views and sunlight of the individual residential units. In doing this, not only the lake views from southeast to southwest (living rooms) have been considered, but also the views north of the beautiful tree-lined meadows (bedrooms and studies). The resulting irregular prisms create exciting and varied apartment plans inside, and (as in the poem "Der Lattenzaun" by Christian Morgenstern) 'space to gaze from hence to thence'... outside.
